North Devon FoodFest - an annual one day food festival, held in Barnstaple's historic Pannier Market in the middle Sunday of October. This is hugely popular with both visitors to the event and trade stands alike. Last year saw 8,000 visitors and food businesses reported very good levels of business. We are proud to organise this event which now attracts celebrity endorsement to support the North Devon food businesses and all stands at the event are businesses based across the Northern Devon area. North Devon Food and Drink Project - the Food and Drink sector is a key priority area for us to help support its economic growth and through funding from Leader4 and Devon Renaissance we have been delivering support to North Devon's Food and Drink businesses over the last 3 years. Support for businesses through this project runs until December 2011 and the project aims to support micro enterprises through marketing initiatives, training and sector information.
