Current Projects - North Devon Food & Drink Network

North Devon+ have identified the Food & Drink sector as a key priority for economic growth. Funding from Devon Renaissance has enabled North Devon+ to establish a Food & Drink Network for the area. The aims of this project is to:

Increase the sales of North Devon produce
Provide information and assistance to the food & drink sector, including training
Connect the producers to supply chain opportunities within the hospitality and retail arena
Promote and market North Devon produce and signature dishes throughout the locality, county and nationwide

This project is open to all food & drink businesses in North Devon in order to celebrate our heritage, provenance and quality.

The initiative has three sections:

(1) Research and Consultation: to determine best practice, barriers and needs

(2) Launch and Promotion: to build on commitment and consensus

(3) Market Development: to raise awareness amongst businesses, residents and visitors
